A new blog is launched charting the cataloguing of the Imogen Holst Archives
We are excited to announce the launch of our new blog charting the cataloguing of the Imogen Holst archives here at the Britten-Pears Foundation. Following funding from the National Cataloguing Grants Programme, archivist Hannah Eyles is tasked with making the archive accessible to international scholars and the general public with an interest in the life and work of Imogen Holst and her father Gustav.
The first half of the project is managed by Julie-Ann Vickers and the latter part by Hannah. Over the course of the year they will share their findings and explore the wider challenges of cataloguing a collection of a figure that is within living memory.
